Deadlock.Supply was still blocked by Malcolm Fraser's Opposition-controlled Senate, and the Government lead by Gough Whitlam was refusing to budge as well. We see a voter caught between the leaders of the two parties, suggesting that it was time the people should decide who should be in charge (as it turned out the Governor General was about to come to the same decision...). |
